Example Definitions of "Common Stock"
Common Stock. The Company's Common Stock (including shares of Common Stock issued upon conversion of the Preferred Stock) and shares of Common Stock issuable upon the exercise of any option, warrant or other security or right of any kind convertible into or exchangeable for Common Stock (other than the Preferred Stock)
Common Stock. Has the meanings ascribed to such term in the Background to the Agreement.
