Common Stock

Common Stock. The Corporation's Common Stock, par value $.000l per share

Common Stock. Means the common stock of the Company, par value $0.0001 per share, and any other class or series of capital stock or equity interests into which such common stock shall have been changed, converted, exchanged or reclassified following the date hereof.
