Common Stock

Common Stock. The common stock, par value of $0.25, of the Company, as it exists on the date of this Agreement and any other shares of capital stock or other securities of the Company into which such Common Stock may be reclassified or changed

Common Stock. The common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Valero.

Common Stock. The par value common stock of the Company
