Example Definitions of "Common Stock"
Common Stock. The common stock of Regions, par value $.01 per share, and any other securities or property issued in exchange therefor or in lieu thereof
Common Stock. Shall mean the common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company, or any other class of stock resulting from successive changes or reclassifications of such common stock consisting solely of changes in par value, or from par value to no par value, or as a result of a subdivision, combination, or merger, consolidation or similar transaction in which the Company is a constituent corporation.
Common Stock. Means the Common Stock, $1.00 par value, of the Company.
Common Stock. The term "Common Stock" refers to the Common Stock, par value $.01 per share, of People's United Financial, Inc., and includes any stock or other securities into which shares of Common Stock may be changed as contemplated by Section 8.3 of the Plan.
