Common Stock

Common Stock. A class of equity securities of the Company that does not entitle the holder thereof to receive distributions prior or in priority to any other class of equity securities but specifically excluding any class of equity securities constituting profits interests

Common Stock. The common stock, US $0.01 par value per share, of TPL.
