Example Definitions of "Common Stock"
Common Stock. (i) the common stock of the Company, par value $.10 per share, adjusted as provided in Section 4 of Part IV, or (ii) if there is a merger or consolidation and the Company is not the Surviving Corporation, the capital stock of the Surviving Corporation given in exchange for such common stock of the Company
