Example Definitions of "Common Stock"
Common Stock. Means the common stock of the Company, par value $.20 per share.
Common Stock. Means (i) the Company's common stock and (ii) any capital stock resulting from a reclassification of such "Common Stock."
Common Stock. The common stock of Microsoft Corporation.
Common Stock. Shall mean the Common Stock, $.10 par value, of the Company
