Example Definitions of "Common Stock"
Common Stock. The common stock of the Corporation, $1 par value
Common Stock. The Common Stock, par value $.01 per share, of the Company, and any other shares into which such Common Stock shall thereafter be exchanged by reason of a recapitalization, merger, consolidation, split-up, combination, exchange of shares or the like
