Example Definitions of "Common Stock"
Common Stock. The Class A common stock, par value $0.0001, of the Company and stock of any other class into which such shares may hereafter be changed or reclassified.
Common Stock. The $0.001 par value common stock of Borrower.

Common Stock. Means the common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company or any other class or series of capital stock of the Company into or for which such shares of common stock have been converted, exchanged, reclassified or otherwise changed.
