Common Stock

Example Definitions of "Common Stock"
Common Stock. Means the Company's Voting Common Stock and Non-Voting Common Stock, as adjusted pursuant to Section 10 below
Common Stock. The Company's voting common stock, no par value per share.
Common Stock. The Company's Common Stock, par value $0.007 per share
Common Stock. Shall mean Company Common Stock, $0.01 par value per share.
Common Stock. Means the common stock of the User.
Common Stock. Shall mean the common stock of the Company, no par value, and such other securities or property as may become the subject of Awards under this Plan pursuant to an adjustment made under Section 8.1.
Common Stock. Common stock, $0.0001 par value per share, of the Company. In the event of a change in the capital structure of the Company affecting the common stock, the Shares resulting from such a change in the common stock shall be deemed to be Common Stock within the meaning of the Plan

Common Stock. Means the Class A Common Stock and the Class B Common Stock, individually or collectively, as the context requires.
