Example Definitions of "Common Stock"
Common Stock. Means the Class A common stock, par value $0.000001 per share, of the Company and Class B common stock, par value $0.000001 per share of the Purchaser, along with any equity securities paid as dividends or distributions after the Closing with respect to such shares or into which such shares are exchanged or converted after the Closing.
Common Stock. The Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock taken together as a single class
Common Stock. Shall mean the Class A Common Stock, the Class B Common Stock and any other class of common stock of the Company authorized whether now or hereafter.
Common Stock. Means the Common Stock, par value $.001 per share, of Company, any successor class or classes of common equity (however designated) of Company into or for which such Common Stock may hereafter be converted, exchanged, or reclassified and any class or classes of common equity (however designated) of Company which may be distributed or issued with respect to such Common Stock or successor class or classes to holders thereof generally.
Common Stock. The Company's common stock, $0.30 par value per share.
