Completion Date

Completion Date. Means the date that is the 24-month anniversary of the final closing date of the Offering.

Completion Date. The date on which Completion shall take place or if the conditions precedent listed in Clause 5 have not been satisfied or waived on or before such date, five Business Days following the date on which the last of all conditions precedent shall have been satisfied or waived or such other date as the Parties may agree

Completion Date. August 15, 2015, subject to extension for Excusable Delay, but in no event beyond the Maturity Date (as defined in the Note).

Completion Date. A date falling within [five (5)] Business Days after the fulfilment of the Conditions Precedent and the date on which Completion takes place

Completion Date. The date Purchaser accepts the Lift as evidenced by (a) the execution of the Certificate of Substantial Completion described in Paragraph 5.3 or (b) pursuant to Paragraph 5.4

Completion Date. The date falling 10 Business Days after the date on which the conditions set out in Clause 3.1 have been fulfilled or waived pursuant to Clause 3.2 but in any event, not later than Jan 31st,2006 or such other date as the parties may mutually agree in writing

Completion Date. The date eighteen (18) months after the Effective Date, the date by which the Build Out of the ESMR Network in the Territory must be completed.

Completion Date. Shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

Completion Date. Means either: (a)where the Buyer has received notice of its VAT registration and acknowledgement of its election to charge VAT from HMRC prior to the Target Completion Date, the Target Completion Date; or (b)where the Buyer has not received notice of its VAT registration and acknowledgement of its election to charge VAT from HMRC by the Target Completion Date, the earlier of: (i)the date nominated by the Buyer to be the Completion Date; and (ii)12 July 2013

Completion Date. The date on which the Facilities are placed in service.
