Compound

Compound. Ganaxolone (3α-hydroxy-3β-methyl-5α-pregnan-20-one), the chemical structure of which is described in Schedule 1, in any formulation, the use, Development or Commercialization of which in the absence of the TTA, a sublicense to a Permitted Transferee or other ownership, assignment or license of applicable rights, would infringe at least one Valid Claim of the Assigned IP or Company Patent Rights, or that is manufactured or otherwise produced, at least in part, using Company Know-How.

Compound. Means that certain pharmaceutical compound known as NS-2 with the chemical name ****, owned by or licensed to Company and developed and manufactured by or on behalf of Company.

Compound. Shall mean any chemical compound that has been screened, tested or synthesized by SCYNEXIS under this Agreement and: (1) whose structure is [*], (2) the property(-ies) or activity(-ies) of which [*], or (3) that is [*] or [*] but is not [*] or [*].

Means (i) the compound identified as rimegepant as set forth in Attachment A to this Schedule I and (b) the compound identified as zavegepant as set forth in Attachment B to this Schedule I, in each case, together with all prodrugs, metabolites, salts, congeners, bases, anhydrides, hydrates, crystal forms, non-crystal forms, polymorphs, solvates, stereoisomers, radioisomers, and ester forms thereof.

Compound. Means Lotilaner and any salts, stereo isomers, prodrug, ester, metabolite, solvate, or polymorph thereof, and any derivative of the foregoing containing one or more atoms substituted with a radioisotope (including a derivative containing deuterium).

Compound. 7,8,9,10-tetrahydro-6,10-methano-6H-pyrazino[2,3-h][3]benzazepine, also known as varenicline and any salt form thereof, including the tartrate salt thereof.
