Compound. The meaning set forth in the Recitals

Compound. Buyer's compounds identified on Schedule 2, which may be updated from time to time following both Parties' agreement.

Compound. Means that certain pharmaceutical compound known as RX-3341 with the United States Adopted Name delafloxacin meglumine, a quinolone antibiotic, and any other pharmaceutically acceptable salt version of the foregoing compound.
