Confidential Information. Means knowledge or data relating to the Company, BHI or any of their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective businesses that is not generally known to persons not employed by the Company, BHI or any of their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, is not generally disclosed by the Company, BHI or any of their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, and is the subject of reasonable efforts to keep it confidential.
