Confidential Information. Any and all information, data, formulas and related concepts, chemical compounds, business plans (both current and under development), clinical and regulatory plans, filings and protocols, customer lists, promotion and marketing programs, trade secrets, information relating to development programs, costs, revenues, marketing, investments, sales activities, promotions, credit and financial data, manufacturing processes, supply arrangements, financing methods, plans, and personnel information of... the Company and its Affiliates.
