Confidential Information. Confidential Information. Means any confidential proprietary information relating to the business of the Company or its affiliates or their respective customers -12- or clients which has an economic value to the Company or its affiliates. Confidential Information does not include any information that enters the public domain other than through a breach by the Executive of his duties to the Company hereunder or which is obtained by the Executive from a third party which has no obligation of confidentiality to the Company.

Confidential Information. All private, personal, confidential or proprietary information, tangible or intangible, owned by or pertaining to the Company, Affiliates, or Sheldon G. Adelson, which information was learned or acquired by the Executive as a result of his employment relationship with the Company. Confidential Information. "non-public personal financial information" (as such term is defined in the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and/or the regulations implementing the provisions of that Act) and other personally-identifiable information relating to Borrowers.
