Confidential Information. Confidential Information. Any business information relating to the Affiliated Companies or to the Business (whether or not constituting a trade secret), which has been or is treated by any of the Affiliated Companies as proprietary and confidential and which is not generally known or ascertainable through proper means.
Confidential Information. Confidential Information. Confidential Information. Shall have the same meaning provided for the term "Information" in the Non-Disclosure and Non-Competition Agreement by and between Executive, the Company and Lexmark (the "Non-Disclosure Agreement").

Confidential Information.
