Confidential Information. Confidential Information. Shall mean "trade secrets," as such term is defined by applicable Georgia law, and knowledge or data relating to the Company and its respective businesses that is not generally known to persons not employed by the Company, is not generally disclosed by the Company and is the subject of reasonable efforts to keep it confidential.
