Confidential Information. Any present or future information belonging to the Company that pertains to the Company's business, whether developed by Employee or by other Company employees, contractors, or agents, that is confidential or proprietary in nature, and that is not generally known in the public domain. Confidential Information. Confidential Information. Shall mean "trade secrets," as such term is defined by applicable Georgia law, and knowledge or data relating to the Company and its respective businesses that is not generally known to persons not employed by the Company, is not generally disclosed by the Company and is the subject of reasonable efforts to keep it confidential.
