Confidential Information

Confidential Information. Information as defined in Section 1.5 which is clearly labeled and designated in writing as "Confidential" or would otherwise reasonably be understood to be Confidential Information based on the type and nature of the information disclosed and the context of the disclosure.

Confidential Information.
