Consultant

Consultant. Means any person, including an advisor, who is engaged by the CORPORATION to render services.

Consultant. Consultant. Shall mean those independent contractors, including scientific advisors, who provide special technical expertise to the Corporation.

Consultant. A Consultant is any person, including any advisor, engaged by the Company or any Related Company to render consulting services and who is compensated for such services.

Consultant. Means any person (other than an Employee or a Director) who is engaged by the Company, a Subsidiary or an Affiliate to render consulting or advisory services to the Company or such Subsidiary or Affiliate.

Consultant. Means any person, including an advisor and including a non-employee member of the Board, who is engaged by Foster Wheeler Ltd. or a Subsidiary to render services and is compensated for such services; provided, however, that a non-employee member of the Board shall be deemed a Consultant solely as a result of his or her serving as a member of the Board.

Consultant. Shall mean any person retained by the Corporation or any of its subsidiaries to render services on a consulting basis.

Consultant. Shall mean any person who is engaged by the Company or any Parent, Subsidiary or Affiliate to render consulting services and is compensated for such consulting services, excluding any Officers, Named Executives and Directors.

Consultant. Means any person who is engaged by the Company or any Parent or Subsidiary of the Company to render consulting or advisory services to such entity. On the date that any Parent or Subsidiary which engages a Consultant ceases to be a Parent or Subsidiary of the Company such person shall cease to be a Consultant and will be deemed to have terminated as a Service Provider, unless otherwise provided in Section 14(c) hereof.

Consultant. Means the person or firm appointed by the Committee to provide financial consulting services to Participants and to advise the Committee.
