Consultant

Consultant. A key consultant or advisor to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates who is not an Employee

Consultant. Shall have the meaning set forth in Appendix A of this Agreement.

Consultant. Any person, including an advisor, engaged by the Company or a Parent or Subsidiary to render services and who is compensated for such services, excluding an Employee and Director performing services in his or her capacity as such

Consultant. An individual who renders services to the Company or a Subsidiary as a consultant, advisor or independent contractor

Consultant. An individual (other than an Employee or a Nonemployee Director) who renders services to the Company or a Subsidiary, including an independent contractor or an advisor

Consultant. Any person, including an advisor, who is compensated by the Company or any Related Entity for services performed as a non-employee consultant; provided, however, that the term Consultant shall not include non-employee Directors serving in their capacity as Board members. The term Consultant shall include a member of the board of directors of a Related Entity

Consultant. Any individual who is not an Employee or Director and who has or will render services to or on behalf of the Corporation or a Subsidiary

Consultant. Means any consultant, adviser, independent contractor, or other person who provides significant services to the Company or its Affiliates, but who is neither an Associate nor a Director.

Consultant. Means any person, including an advisor, (i) who is engaged by the Company or an Affiliate to render services other than as an Employee or as a Director or (ii) who is a member of the Board of Directors of an Affiliate.

Consultant. Means any consultant or advisor who renders bona fide services to the Company or one of its Subsidiaries, which services are not in connection with the offer or sale of securities in a capital-raising transaction.
