Consultant. Any non-Employee consultant or advisor to the Company or an Affiliate who has contracted directly with the Company or an Affiliate to render bona fide consulting or advisory services thereto

Consultant. Consultant. Means any consultant, adviser or other individual engaged to provide services to the Partnership, the General Partner or any Subsidiary or Affiliate that qualifies under the applicable rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission for registration of shares on a Form S-8 Registration Statement.

Consultant. Shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble hereof.
