Consultant

Consultant. Any individual who renders services directly to the Company or to the Company's customers, any individual defined and designated from time to time by the Committee as a Consultant, or any individual from a group of individuals defined and designated from time to time by the Committee.

Consultant. Shall mean any person engaged by the Company who is not an Employee.

Consultant. Means any Person, including any advisor, that NextG or that any Affiliate engages to render services to NextG or to such Affiliate; provided that Employees and Directors are expressly excluded from this definition.
