Consultant

Consultant. Any individual or entity which performs bona fide services to the Company or an Affiliate, other than as an Employee or Director.

Consultant. Means any individual who is engaged by the Company or any Affiliate to render consulting or advisory services.

Consultant. Means any consultant, adviser, independent contractor, or other person who provides significant services to the Company or its Affiliates, but who is neither an Employee nor a Director.

Consultant. A person engaged to provide consulting or advisory services (other than as an Employee or a Director) to a Participating Company, provided that the identity of such person, the nature of such services or the entity to which such services are provided would not preclude the Company from offering or selling securities to such person pursuant to the Plan in reliance on registration on a Form S-8 Registration Statement under the Securities Act.

Consultant. Means any person, including an advisor, engaged by the Company or an Affiliate to render consulting services and who is compensated for such services.

Consultant. Means an individual, other than an Employee or a Director, providing bona fide services to the Partnership or any of its subsidiaries as a consultant or advisor, as applicable, provided that (i) such individual is a natural person, and (ii) the grant of an Award to such Person could not reasonably be expected to result in adverse federal income tax consequences under Section 409A of the Code.

Consultant. Any consultant or advisor who is a natural person and who provides services to the Company or any Subsidiary, so long as such person (i) renders bona fide services that are not in connection with the offer and sale of the Company's securities in a capital-raising transaction and (ii) does not directly or indirectly promote or maintain a market for the Company's securities

Consultant. Any person, but not including a Non-Employee Director, who is engaged by the Company or any Parent or Subsidiary of the Company to render services and is compensated for such services

Consultant. An individual providing services to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, other than an Employee or a Non-Employee Director

Consultant. Means a consultant or adviser who provides bona fide services to the Company, a Parent, a Subsidiary or an Affiliate as an independent contractor and who qualifies as a consultant or advisor under Instruction A.1. (a)(1) of Form S-8 under the Securities Act.
