Consultant

Consultant. Any person, including an advisor, Outside Director, Sales Representative or Distributor engaged by the Company or a Parent or Subsidiary of the Company to render services and who is compensated for such services.

Consultant. Shall mean a consultant, contractor or advisor who provides services to the Company and/or a Subsidiary or Affiliate as an independent contractor. Service as a Consultant shall be considered as employment for all purposes of the Plan except for purposes of the grant of an Incentive Stock Option hereunder.
