Consultant

Consultant. Any person who is engaged by the Company or a Parent or Subsidiary to render consulting or advisory services to such entity (other than as an Employee or a Director)

Consultant. Any person, including an advisor, engaged by the Firm or a Parent or Subsidiary to render services and who is compensated for such services, including without limitation non-Employee Directors who are paid only a director's fee by the Firm or who are compensated by the Firm for their services as non-Employee Directors. In addition, as used herein, 'consulting relationship' shall be deemed to include service by a non-Employee Director as such

Consultant. Any natural person, including an advisor, engaged by the Company to render services to the Company

Consultant. A consultant retained to provide bona fide services to, and who is not an employee of USA

Consultant. Any individual engaged by the Company or an Affiliate to render consulting or advisory services, and who is compensated for such services, or who is a member of the Board of Directors of an Affiliate. For clarity, the term Consultant shall not include a Director who is not compensated by the Company other than by way of fees and other compensation for his or her service as a Director

Means a consultant retained by the Corporation or a Affiliate who: (i) is a natural person; and (ii) provides bona fide services to the Corporation or an Affiliate, which services are not in connection with the offer or sale of securities in a capital-raising transaction, and do not directly or indirectly promote or maintain a market for the Corporation's securities.

Consultant. A natural person providing bona fide services to the Company or one of its Subsidiaries, or a natural person providing such services through a wholly-owned corporate alter-ego; provided, that, such services are not in connection with the offer or sale of securities in a capital-raising transaction, and do not directly or indirectly promote or maintain a market for the Company's stock
