Consultant

Consultant. An individual who performs bona fide services for the Company, a Parent or a Subsidiary as a consultant or advisor, excluding Employees and Outside Directors

Consultant. Any person who is engaged as an independent contractor by the Company or any Parent or Subsidiary to render consulting or advisory services to such entity. Directors are not independent contractors for purposes of this Plan
