Consultant

Consultant. Means a consultant or adviser who provides bona fide services to the Company, a Parent, a Subsidiary or an Affiliate as an independent contractor. Service as a Consultant shall be considered employment for all purposes of the Plan, except as provided in Section 4.1 above.

Consultant. Means any person, including an advisor, (i) engaged by the Company or a Controlled Corporation to render consulting or advisory services and who is compensated for such services or (ii) who is a member of the Board of Directors of a Controlled Corporation.
