Example Definitions of "Continuous Service"
Continuous Service. The provision of services to the Company or any Subsidiary in any capacity of Employee or Consultant is not interrupted or terminated. Continuous Service shall not be considered interrupted in the case of (i) any leave of absence approved by the Company or (ii) transfers between locations of the Company or between the Company, any Subsidiary, or any successor. Continuous Service. Means that the Participant's service with the Company its applicable predecessors and its affiliates, is not interrupted for a period of more than 90 days or terminated. The Administrator or its delegate, in its sole discretion, may determine whether Continuous Service shall be considered interrupted in the case of any leave of absence approved by that party, including sick leave, military leave or any other personal or family leave of absence.
