Example Definitions of "Contract"
Contract. Means any written or oral contract, agreement, undertaking, understanding, promise or commitment, whether express or implied, and whether or not legally binding.
Contract. Means any contract, license, sublicense, franchise, permit, mortgage, purchase orders, indenture, loan agreement, note, lease, sublease, agreement, obligation, commitment, understanding, instrument or other arrangement or any commitment to enter into any of the foregoing (in each case, whether written or oral).
Contract. Any agreement, contract, lease of real or personal property, consensual obligation, promise, or undertaking, whether written or oral and whether express or implied.
Contract. Means any Contract between the Borrower and an Obligor which is identified in an Addendum and Assignment, and which meets the eligibility criteria set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. 1
