Contract

Contract. Means a motor vehicle loan evidenced by a note and security agreement. 2

Contract. The Assigment Rights Agreement which this document is attached as Annex "B".

Contract. Means any written contract, agreement, arrangement, license, lease, instrument or note that creates a legally binding obligation.

Contract. Means any agreement, lease, evidence of Indebtedness, mortgage, indenture, security agreement or other contract (whether written or oral), to which Seller is a party and which relates to the carrying on of the Business.

Contract. Means any written agreement, contract, lease, purchase order, memoranda of understanding or other binding contractual commitment of Target.

Contract. Has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Investment Agreement.

Contract. Is the annuity or insurance policy validly issued by Company to a purchaser meeting underwriting standards of the Company.

Contract. Shall mean any agreement, lease, license, franchise, permit, concession, contract, note, mortgage, indenture, arrangement or other obligation.

Contract. The term "Contract" shall mean and refer to any contract, mortgage, deed of trust, bond, indenture, lease, license, note, franchise, certificate, option, warrant, right or other instrument, document, obligation or agreement, whether written or oral.

Contract. Means any written or oral contract, agreement, lease, plan, instrument or other document or commitment, arrangement, undertaking, practice or authorization that is binding on any Person or its property under applicable law.
