Example Definitions of "Contract"
Contract. Contract("Contract") as follows. The total term indicates the period dated from the release of first loan to the pay off of all principals and interests as prescribed in the Contract; single term indicates the period from date of releasing of single loan out of separate withdrawals to paying off of such single loan.
Contract. Any material note, bond, mortgage, indenture, deed of trust, license, franchise, permit, concession, contract, lease or other instrument, obligation or agreement of any kind.
