Contracts

Contracts. All "contracts," as such term is defined in the Code, now owned or hereafter acquired by any Note Party, in any event, including all contracts, undertakings, or agreements (other than rights evidenced by Chattel Paper), Documents or Instruments in or under which any Note Party may now or hereafter have any right, title or interest, including any agreement relating to the terms of payment or the terms of performance of any Account.

Contracts. Means all contracts, undertakings, royalty agreements, mineral lease agreements, license agreements or other agreements (but excluding rights evidenced by Chattel Paper, Documents or Instruments) in or under which Debtor has any right, title or interest.

Contracts. Shall mean, with respect to the Sellers, all agreements, leases, contracts, purchase orders and other commitments or arrangements of any kind, whether written or oral, affecting or relating to any of the Purchased Assets, the Assumed Liabilities or the Businesses.

Contracts. The certain contracts relating to the Business that are not to be assumed by Buyer and are listed on Schedule 2 attached to the Agreement

Contracts. Means those contracts entered into before the Effective Date by or on behalf of the Seller in connection with the Businesses which remain to be performed (in whole or in part) on the Effective Date;

Contracts. Any contract or other agreement for the provision of goods or services at or otherwise in connection with the operation, use or management of the Mortgaged Property, including cash deposited to secure performance by parties of their obligations.

Contracts. The meaning assigned to it in Exhibit A hereto.

Contracts. All contracts, agreements and licenses between Borrower and one or more other parties, or under or with respect to which Borrower has rights.
