Example Definitions of "Contracts"
Contracts. All "contracts," as such term is defined in the Code, now owned or hereafter acquired by any Note Party, in any event, including all contracts, undertakings, or agreements (other than rights evidenced by Chattel Paper), Documents or Instruments in or under which any Note Party may now or hereafter have any right, title or interest, including any agreement relating to the terms of payment or the terms of performance of any Account.
Contracts. Means all contracts, undertakings, royalty agreements, mineral lease agreements, license agreements or other agreements (but excluding rights evidenced by Chattel Paper, Documents or Instruments) in or under which Debtor has any right, title or interest.
Contracts. Shall mean, with respect to the Sellers, all agreements, leases, contracts, purchase orders and other commitments or arrangements of any kind, whether written or oral, affecting or relating to any of the Purchased Assets, the Assumed Liabilities or the Businesses.
