Example Definitions of "Conversion Date"
Conversion Date. Shall mean the date on which Borrower's election to convert a Base Rate Loan to a LIBOR Rate Loan, or a LIBOR Rate Loan to a Base Rate Loan, becomes effective in accordance with this Note.
Conversion Date. Shall mean, with respect to each Conversion, the date on which the Holder delivers to the Company a Notice of Conversion pursuant to Section 4.1 or the date on which the Company delivers to the Holder a Redemption Notice pursuant to Section 4.4.
Conversion Date. Conversion Date. The term "Conversion Date" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8(c) below, as applicable.
Conversion Date. Means any date on which the Issuer receives a Conversion Notice.
Conversion Date.
