Conversion Date

Example Definitions of "Conversion Date"
Conversion Date. Shall mean the earlier of (i) the date that is thirty (30) days from the Nasdaq effectiveness date of a reverse split effected by the Company, and (ii) the one-year anniversary of the Issue Date.
Conversion Date. Means the date on which a Conversion is effected.
Conversion Date. Either a Holder Conversion Date, a Company Conversion Date or an Adjustment Date.
Conversion Date. The Phase III Notice Date (as defined in the License Agreement).
