Example Definitions of "Conversion Date"
Conversion Date. The date on which Borrower's election to convert a Base Rate Loan to a LIBOR Rate Loan or a LIBOR Rate Loan to a Base Rate Loan becomes effective in accordance with this Note.
Conversion Date. Shall be the date in which the Credit Balance is converted into Conversion Units, which shall be the earlier to occur of: (i) the Conversion Election; or (ii) the Maturity Date.
Conversion Date. The date, which shall be prior to the Conversion Deadline, on which this Note is converted in accordance with Section 2
