Conversion Date

Example Definitions of "Conversion Date"
Conversion Date. Shall mean the date of delivery (including delivery via telecopy) of a Notice of Conversion for all or a portion of the shares of Preferred Stock by the holder thereof to the Company.
Conversion Date. As defined in Article 7.2.1;
