Conversion Shares

Example Definitions of "Conversion Shares"
Conversion Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion of the Note and/or in payment of accrued interest, as contemplated in the Note.
Conversion Shares. Means those shares of Common Stock into which this Note may be converted by Holder; provided that if there is an Organic Change, then the term "Conversion Shares" shall mean the stock, securities and assets issuable upon conversion of this Note.
Conversion Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion of the New Note and any interest accrued and outstanding thereon and the shares of Common Stock issued upon conversion of the Original Note.
Conversion Shares. Shall mean the shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion of either the Notes or the Series A Preferred Stock.
