Convertible Notes

Example Definitions of "Convertible Notes"
Convertible Notes. Means the Senior Secured Convertible Notes issued by the Company pursuant to the Facility Agreement.
Convertible Notes. Those certain 2019 2.00% Convertible Senior Notes issued by the Borrower pursuant to the Indenture in the original principal amount of up to $172,500,000.
Convertible Notes. Means the convertible promissory notes issued by the Company pursuant to the Facility Agreement.
Convertible Notes. All the 2012 Subordinated Secured Convertible Pay-In-Kind Notes due October 22, 2017, issued by the Company with issuance date of October 22,2012, and shall include all notes issued in exchange therefor or replacement thereof

Convertible Notes. Is defined in the Preambles to this Agreement.
