Example Definitions of "Convertible Notes"
Convertible Notes. Indebtedness of the Borrower that is convertible into common stock of the Borrower (and cash in lieu of fractional shares) and/or cash (in an amount determined by reference to the price of such common stock).
Convertible Notes. Shall mean the Company's 2012 Subordinated Second Convertible Pay-in-Kind Notes due 2017.
Convertible Notes. The Senior Secured Convertible Notes issued to the Investors pursuant to the Settlement Agreement
