Convertible Notes

Example Definitions of "Convertible Notes"
Convertible Notes. Means, collectively, the 2008 Convertible Note and the 2009 Convertible Note.
Convertible Notes. See the second introductory paragraph hereto.
Convertible Notes. The senior convertible notes of the Company that are issued pursuant to the Convertible Notes Agreement.
Convertible Notes. Shall mean the 13.0% Convertible Promissory Notes in the original principal amount of $70,000,000 due July 7, 2005, issued by the Company on July 7, 2004.
Convertible Notes. Means the Convertible Notes dated as of May 1, 2008 due 2028 issued by Metalico, Inc. in the original aggregate principal amount of $100,000,000.
Convertible Notes. Those certain convertible secured promissory notes, including the Goode Convertible Note, issued by the Company in favor of certain investors, in the form of the Goode Convertible Note, pursuant to the SPRA (as in effect on the date hereof).
Convertible Notes. The $125,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Convertible Senior Notes due 2026 issued by Goodrich Petroleum Corporation, or up to $175,000,000 aggregate principal amount to the extent the option to purchase additional Convertible Notes is exercised in full as set forth in the purchase agreement relating to the initial purchase of the Convertible Notes.
Convertible Notes. The meaning given to such term in the Credit Agreement.
Convertible Notes. As defined in the preamble hereto.
Convertible Notes. Collectively the $862,500,000 aggregate principal amount of Convertible Senior Notes due 2009 issued by Lender and the $479,168,000 aggregate principal amount of Convertible Senior Notes due 2027 issued by Lender
