Copyrights

Copyrights. Shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Copyright Act, and includes unregistered copyrights.

Copyrights. Copyrights. Copyrights. Shall mean all copyrights, including in and to works of authorship and all other rights corresponding thereto throughout the world, whether published or unpublished, including rights to prepare, reproduce, perform, display and distribute copyrighted works and copies, compilations and derivative works thereof.

Copyrights. The term "Copyrights" shall mean all MANUFACTURER designs, advertising materials and other copyrightable works as may from time to time be specifically designated by MANUFACTURER in writing as Copyrights to be licensed to DISTRIBUTOR under this Agreement.
