Copyrights. The meaning assigned to it in the Credit Agreement.

Copyrights. Shall mean, with respect to any Person, all of the following now owned or hereafter acquired by such Person: (i) all copyrights arising under the laws of the United States, whether as author, assignee, transferee, licensee or otherwise, including copyrights in Software, and (ii) all registrations and applications for registration of any such copyright in the United States, including registrations, recordings, supplemental registrations and pending applications for registration in the United... Copyrights. Means all of the following now owned or hereafter acquired by the Grantor: (a) all copyright rights in any work subject to the copyright laws of the United States, whether as author, assignee, transferee or otherwise, and (b) all registrations and applications for registration of any such copyright in the United States, including registrations, recordings, supplemental registrations and pending applications for registration in the USCO.

Copyrights. Means any and all works of authorship (whether or not published) and copyrights (including any registrations therefor and any applications for registration thereof).
