Copyrights

Copyrights. Means all of the following now owned or hereafter acquired by the Grantor: (i) all copyrights, registrations and applications therefor, (ii) all renewals and extensions thereof, (iii) all income, royalties, damages and payments now and hereafter due or payable or both with respect thereto, including, without limitation, damages and payments for past or future infringements or misappropriations thereof, (iv) all rights to sue for past, present and future infringements or misappropriations... thereof, and (v) all other rights corresponding thereto throughout the world. Copyrights. Copyrights. All rights, title and interests (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to copyrights and all mask work, database and design rights, whether or not registered or published, all registrations and recordations thereof and all applications in connection therewith.

Copyrights. All of the following in which a Grantor now holds any interest: all domestic and foreign copyrights, whether registered or not, including, without limitation, all copyright rights, including revisions, derivative works, works-in-progress, or unfinished works throughout the universe in any and all media, in and to all original works of authorship fixed in any tangible medium of expression, used by a Grantor (including, without limitation, all registered copyrights described in Schedule III... hereto), all applications, registrations and recordings thereof (including, without limitation, applications, registrations and recordings in the United States Copyright Office or in any similar office or agency of the United States or any other country or any political subdivision thereof). Copyrights. Shall mean all copyrights, copyrightable works, mask works and databases, including, without limitation, any computer software (object code and source code), Internet web-sites and the content thereof, and any other works of authorship, whether statutory or common law, registered or unregistered, and registrations for and pending applications to register the same including all reissues, extensions and renewals thereto, and all moral rights thereto under the laws of any jurisdiction.

Copyrights. (i) mask work rights, registrations and applications for registration thereof throughout the world and (ii) copyrights in works of authorship of any type, registrations and applications for registration thereof throughout the world, all rights therein provided by international treaties and conventions, all moral and common-law rights thereto, and all other rights associated therewith

Copyrights. Mean any and all mask work rights, industrial designs, design and database rights, works of authorship (whether or not copyrightable), copyrights, copyrights and copyrightable subject matter and similar rights in protectable material, including "moral", "economic" rights and all applications and registrations for the foregoing, but in each case, excluding Know-How.
