Covered Shares
Covered Shares. The Sponsor Shares of which each Sponsor is the Record Holder or beneficial owner as of the date hereof, together with any Shares of which any Sponsor becomes the Record Holder or beneficial owner on or after the date hereof (or any Shares with respect to which any Person as may later become party to this Agreement pursuant to Section 6(a), if applicable, becomes the Record Holder or beneficial owner on or after the date hereof).
