Credit Documents. This Agreement, the First Amendment, the Second ----------------- Amendment, the Third Amendment, the Fourth Amendment, the Fifth Amendment, the Sixth Amendment, the Seventh Amendment, the Eighth Amendment, the Ninth Amendment, the Tenth Amendment, the Letter of Credit Documents, the Security Documents, each Consent and Agreement, Term Note A, Term Note B, Term Note C, Term Note D, Term E Note, Term F Note, any Revolver Note and any other documents, ... agreements or instruments executed and delivered to the Lender pursuant to Section 6.11. Credit Documents. Means and includes this Agreement, the Secured Convertible Promissory Note, the Security Agreement and the Registration Rights Agreement and all other documents, instruments and agreements delivered by Borrower in connection with any of the foregoing.

Credit Documents. The Credit Agreement, the Notes, the Letter of Credit Agreements, the Collateral Documents and all other Loan Documents

Credit Documents. All notes, applications, guarantees, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, agreements, waivers, amendments, modifications, supplements and all agreements, instruments and other documents executed and delivered in connection therewith by any Obligor to evidence, secure or otherwise support payment of to the Principal of the Loans

Credit Documents. Means the Credit Agreement, the Security Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Indemnity, Subrogation and Contribution Agreement, the Guaranties and all other agreements, instruments and documents from time to time executed and delivered by the Borrower and certain subsidiaries of the Borrower in connection therewith for the benefit of the Lenders and the Lender Agent, as the same may be amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time

Credit Documents. Means the SpaceCom Credit Documents and the Satellite Credit Documents.

Credit Documents. Means the following, executed by each Debtor: 1.4.1 That certain Loan and Security Agreement as amended from time to time, dated as of June 1, 2005, executed by PracticeXpert of Oklahoma, Inc.; 1.4.2 That certain Loan and Security Agreement as amended from time to time, dated as of June 1, 2005, executed by PracticeXpert of Idaho, Inc.

Credit Documents. Means the Bank Documents and the Noteholder Documents.

Credit Documents. Collectively, this Agreement, the Fiscal Agency Agreement, the Notes, the Existing Exchange Agreements and the Security Documents (as defined herein).
