Credit Documents

Credit Documents. This Agreement, the term loan Promissory Notes, any or all related note(s), the UCC-1 or any other form of security agreement, the Guaranty Agreement, and each and every other document or instrument executed or delivered, or to be executed or delivered, by the Client and/or Guarantor in connection herewith, in each case as amended and/or restated from time to time.
