Credit Documents

Credit Documents. Shall have paid to the Administrative Agent, the Arrangers and their respective Affiliates all fees, costs and expenses due and payable on or prior to the Amendment No. 1 Effective Date pursuant to the Credit Documents or any other agreement entered into by the Borrower, on the one hand, and the Administrative Agent, such Arranger or such Affiliate, on the other hand

Credit Documents. This Agreement, the term loan Promissory Notes, any or all related note(s), the UCC-1 or any other form of security agreement, the Guaranty Agreement, and each and every other document or instrument executed or delivered, or to be executed or delivered, by the Client and/or Guarantor in connection herewith, in each case as amended and/or restated from time to time.

Credit Documents. All notes, applications, guarantees, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, agreements, waivers, amendments, modifications, supplements and all agreements, instruments and other documents executed and delivered in connection therewith by any Obligor to evidence, secure or otherwise support payment of to the Principal of the Loans

Credit Documents. Means the Credit Agreement, the Security Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Indemnity, Subrogation and Contribution Agreement, the Guaranties and all other agreements, instruments and documents from time to time executed and delivered by the Borrower and certain subsidiaries of the Borrower in connection therewith for the benefit of the Lenders and the Lender Agent, as the same may be amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time
