Customer. The end user customer

Customer. Any Person who: (a) purchased products or services from the Company or any Subsidiary during the two years prior to the date of termination of Employee's employment

Customer. A person or entity who is a customer of the Employer at the time of the Executive's Termination of Employment.

Customer. Shall mean all persons (including students) or entities who have used Laureate services at any time during the two year period preceding the Termination Date.

Customer. Means a Person or Entity that has an account with, loan from, an investment or deposit with the Bank or any of its Affiliates, or that has received or used other financial or investment products or services from the Corporation, the Bank or any of their Affiliates at any time within the twelve (12) months immediately prior to the Date of Termination.
