Customer

Customer. Means any person, firm, corporation or other entity whatsoever to whom the Company or its subsidiaries provided services or sold any products to within a twelve (12)-month period on, before or after the Executive's Date of Termination.

Shall mean any individual, corporation, partnership, business or other entity, whether for-profit or not-for-profit (i) whose existence and business is known to Executive as a result of Executive's access to Company's and its Affiliates' business information, Confidential Information, customer lists or customer account information; (ii) that is a business entity or individual with whom Company or any Affiliate has contracted or negotiated during the one (1) year period preceding the termination... of Executive's employment; or (iii) who is or becomes a prospective client, customer or acquisition candidate of Company or any Affiliate during the period of Executive's employment. Customer. Shall mean individual borrowers, mortgage brokers or other sources of referrals of business to Employer.

Customer. Means any person or entity to whom the Company has sold its products or services, or solicited to sell its products or services.

Customer. Shall mean any Person that purchases the Products (as defined in the Asset Sale Agreement) from Integrated Brands and to whom Integrated Brands from time to time hereunder directs Dreyer's to deliver the Products.

Customer. Property Insight, LLC, a California limited liability company ("PI"), and each user identified on Exhibit A so long as such user is a direct or indirect subsidiary of FIS; it being understood that, upon 30 days' prior written notice, FIS may from time to time amend Exhibit A to add one or more of its other direct or indirect subsidiaries of FIS and such added subsidiary shall become a "Customer" hereunder effective as of the 30th day after such prior notice is delivered to FNT.
