Customer

Customer. Means any individual or entity as to which, with or to whom, within the twenty-four (24) month period immediately preceding the termination of your Service: (i) any products or services were provided by the Company, or (ii) any contract was entered into with the Company for the provision of any products or services.

Customer. The meaning set forth in the Preamble.

Customer. Any client, customer or account, including but not limited to any person, firm, corporation, association or other business entity of any kind, to which the Company provided products or services in the three years prior to Employee's termination of employment.

Customer. Means a purchaser that is an individual or entity located in the Territory and has acquired a Good from Distributor for (a) its own internal use or incorporation into its own products or (b) resale to a person or entity that purchases the Good for internal use or incorporation into such repurchaser's products.

Customer. Means a Person or Entity that has an account with, loan from, an investment or deposit with the Employer, or that has received or used other financial or investment products or services from the Employer at any time within the twelve (12) months immediately prior to the Termination Date.

Customer. Means all customers and actively sought prospective customers of the Company with whom Executive had material contact in the performance of Executive's duties at any time during the twenty-four (24) month period preceding the date of Executive's termination of employment.

Customer. All individuals contained in the Company's or its Affiliates' customer lists, customer databases, or the like whether or not those individuals have been solicited or procured by the Company or its Affiliates or Employee

Customer. Means (i) the Employer's customers serviced by the Executive at any time during the Executive's final two (2) years of employment with the Employer; (ii) customers serviced by the Employer's personnel at any time during the Executive's final two (2) years of employment with the Employer, if the Executive had supervisory authority over the personnel providing such services at the time the services were performed; (iii) customers with respect to which the Executive had Confidential Information at... any time during the Executive's final two (2) years of employment with the Employer; and (iv) prospective Employer customers that Executive solicited or had material contact with, or about who the Executive had access to Confidential Information, at any time during the Executive's final two (2) years of employment with the Employer. Customer. Means an owner or operator of a Multifamily Property identified by Consultant that has duly executed and delivered to the Company a Property Management Agreement.
